Everolimus Drug being more lipophilic than other limus family drug, penetrates rapidly at the target Lesion and provides rapid cell inhibitory action. Everolimus stents are well proven to show less Restenosis. Stent thrombosis and preprocedural myocardial infraction compared to earlier generation of Drug Eluting Stents.
Trackmaster has proven drug release kinetics. Initial brust of Everolimus followed by sustained Release up to 60 Days. Biodegradable Polymers completely degrades by hydrolysis & enzymatic Degradation which is eventually excreted from the body in form of CO2 and H2O.
